GENERAL CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

1.1. All rates, promotions and discounts are subject to change without prior notice.
1.2. Rates are expressed in Mexican pesos, per room, per night, based on double occupancy, and are subject to change.
1.3. Billing is done in Mexican pesos*. The daily rates of the rooms are subject to a 16% state tax, a local 3% ISH charge.
1.4. NO CASH RESORT

Room Capacity
The maximum number of people to have a room is as follows:
Children are considered to be 0 to 11 years old. Up to a maximum of two children can share their parents’ room at no extra cost.

Minimum stay requirements
It may correspond to a minimum length of stay. Please check with the reservations department or travel professional for updated information for Easter, extended vacations, and Christmas or New Year holidays season.

Deposit and Cancellations
In order for all reservations to be confirmed and guaranteed, a one-night deposit is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be notified as follows:
a) Low season: if canceled 24 hours before arrival.
b) Mid season: if canceled 5 days before arrival.
c) High season: if canceled 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations outside of these periods will result in the loss of the deposit.
Reservations canceled within these periods will receive a full refund, except for non-refundable reservation deposits. In the event of early departure, please note that all originally confirmed nights of accommodation will be charged. Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards are accepted.
